Placing Order

No. We are an online store, and we ship worldwide. However, if you are near Charlotte, NC area, we have in-home appointments for designer / customer 1 on 1 professional attention. We offer the service to drive to the comfort of your home and show you our latest in-stock dresses, fabric samples, sketch your ideas in an illustrated design, show you our portfolio.

All our dresses are made to order. We recommend our customers to order a custom dress at least 2-3 months earlier and customers will have plenty of time to alter the dresses. Depending on the complexity of the design it should take less or more time.

Bridal Dresses Estimated Delivery Time

Production Time + Shipping Time = from 4 to 6 weeks. If you want a detailed design with a lot of handmade embellishments 2 more weeks should be added.

Casual Simple Custom Dresses Estimated Delivery Time

Production Time + Shipping Time = from 2 to 4 weeks. Custom Dresses without handmade embellishment take less time to be produced.

Shipping can take 3-10 business days subject to the shipping method. You can find the ordering timeline on each product page with standard production service and rush production service.

You can shop ready to wear pieces and products in our store without registration. For customized items, account registration is required.

Yes. All of our dresses are re-designable. Prices will be based on the alterations made. Contact our designer to get a detailed estimate.

Yes, Adamantia’s Designer is skilled to recreate and/or duplicate any design to meet your needs and desires.

The products uploaded in our store will come exactly as they are shown.
Handmade dresses shown in Collections are mostly for design inspiration. Images/Designs provided by customers might have slight differences due to fabrics. Adamantia’s designer will communicate all necessary details about your design demands before production. The finished handmade custom dress will be photograph and images will be sent to you for your confirmation before shipping.

Once you order, Adamantia’s store fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to send orders quickly and efficiently. The process of tailoring custom dresses begins as soon as an order has been placed, and materials cannot be reused.

However, after you place an order there is a margin of 3 days where the designer is working on the sketches and a thin line to make changes can be applied (This only applies for pieces that take more than 4 weeks to be made). Please note that corresponding fees will be charged on the changes you need. For any changes or cancellations, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Price & Payment

Prices will vary depending on the design, the fabric you choose and the embellishment you add. Adamantia’s designer will offer you a precise estimate once you communicate your design demands.

Yes. Adamantia Designs’ are made to order, meaning we purchase the materials and start the process of making your dress right after getting payment and all the details of your design are confirmed.

We process all payments, including debit and credit cards, through PayPal and Bank Transfer. If you have any issues placing an order, please let us know and we'll be more than happy to walk you through it!

Yes. The down payment is only available for customized items. You could either choose full payment or down payment when place order. For a down payment, we charge 60% of the full cost for starting the production, and the rest 40% after showing the finished item images before shipping.

When you order Adamantia Designs handmade custom dresses you get up to 5 free sample sketches to choose from to make the final designed dress. You have to pay for it separately if you are not ordering a custom dress.

Yes. You will have 3 one-on-one design consultations for free + plus 1 in-home appointment. If you are looking for more consultations feel free to contact us.

If you're experiencing issues with your payment, we have a couple of tips that usually work, however, it’s important to mention we're not able to override the actual system to accept payment if it won't go through.

Try these few suggestions we have for you:

  • Make sure all information is correct including credit card number, expiration date, security code, billing address, and zip code if asked.
  • Try using PayPal if you have a PayPal account. Customers can still pay via paypal guest checkout if customers do not have a paypal account.
  • Try using a different card.
  • Start over with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order over again.
  • If your payment is still declined, you may need to contact your bank. Occasionally, when purchasing from an online company for the first time, your financial institution will issue a hold on the funds if they are unfamiliar with it.
  • One thing to keep in mind is that even if your bank approves the payment, our processor may decline it if it does not pass the necessary security checks set up.

Size & Color

Yes. You could fill in your precise measurements when placing an order by following the steps on our Measurement guide. No extra fee is charged for custom size and plus size.

To learn your size you could measure your figure with help from a friend or a local tailor by following the step in our Measurement Guide. You could choose a standard size by checking our  Standard Size Chart, or fill in your precise measurements when placing an order.

Yes. Most dresses have multiple color choices.

Yes. We have different swatches depending on the type of clothing you are ordering. Feel free to contact us to order the right samples for your design.

Production & Shipping

It depends on the dress design and service you choose. Production time and shipping time with standard service and rush production service are listed in each item page, if you would like to know more you can contact us at customdress@adamantiadesigns.com.

Yes. You could choose rush production service to shorten the production time when place order. The detailed production time with rush production service is listed on each item page.

It depends on your order status. Please contact us at customerservice@adamantiadesigns.com or click on our whatsapp button to chat directly with our designer.

The sketch will be provided in about 7 days via email after getting payment and design details confirmed. If you choose to receive the sketch on one of our products, 3 to 5 days would be added to the delivery time.

The mock-up dress will be ready to ship in about 10 days after getting payment and design details confirmed.

Yes. Shipping back the mock-up dress is required for making your dress. And the shipping cost will be included if you order the full custom dress service.

We have free economic shipping in all of our products for order within the United States. If you would like to change the shipping methods we also offer expedited and standard shipping at your own cost.

Shipping fee varies from country to country. It also depends on the weight of the items you order. If you have any issues with the shipping cost, please do let us know and we'll be more than happy to walk you through it!

We do not cover shipping cost from outside the US.

Items at Adamantia Designs are listed with prices without customs taxes, this fee will be added to your final price at checkout.
Because of strict customs inspection in some countries, you may be charged customs fees on imported items by the local customs office.
Sorry that we have no control over this and cannot predict what amount might be. You may contact your local customs tax office for details.

It depends on your location, country home. Normally it takes 7-10 working days to arrive with standard shipping. Expedited shipping method takes 3~4 working days to arrive. More details please refer to our Shipping Policy.

We are based in Charlotte, NC in the United States. Products will be shipped from North Carolina.

You could check your order status in Orders category of your back end if you have an account on Adamantia Designs, or through Track Your Order on the footer of this site. Or contact our customer service to check for you.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a notification with a tracking number through email.

Yes. You could inform us to change your shipping address before shipping. It will cause extra cost for changing shipping address after shipping.

We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely.

Cancellation & Refund

We will process a full refund if there is any quality issue from our part.

You could cancel the order before shipping with maximum of 40% refund for customized items. More details please refer to our Return Policy.

If you are not pleased with the final design, let us know in time, before shipping. We provide free alteration in adjustable range for one time if you are not satisfied with the finished design. Extra fee might be charged if we have to buy fabrics for the modification. If you need to send back the customized item for modification, the round shipping cost will be on your own.
Or you could cancel the order before shipping. More details please refer to our Return Policy.

Sorry that sketch order can’t be canceled after being in In Production status. Refund is not available for sketch.

Sorry that fabric samples/color swatches are non-refundable items.

Sorry that mock-up dresses are non-refundable items.

You can cancel your order at any time before shipping. Full refund is not available after being in the Production status. More details please refer to our Return Policy.

All of our products on Adamantia Designs are made to order. Refund is only available when there is a quality issue. More details please refer to our Return Policy.

All dresses on Adamantia Designs are handmade. Please allow 1 inch (2-3 cm) difference. We pay for local alteration fee or modify it for free if we make mistake on size. More details please refer to our Return Policy.
