At Adamantia, every item is custom-made just for you, and we take great pride in ensuring that each product reflects our commitment to quality and design. Because of this, we have specific guidelines when it comes to returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges on custom or print-on-demand items. This includes all customized apparel, mugs, accessories, and any product specifically created based on your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

While we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for sizing or design changes, we do stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

  • Damaged or defective items can be returned for a replacement or full refund.
  • To report an issue, please contact us at andreina@adamantiadesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing:
    • Your order number
    • A photo of the damaged or defective item
    • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund within 14 days of the claim approval.

3. No Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any of our products, as each item is made-to-order. We encourage you to carefully review sizing information before making your purchase.
