Welcome to Adamantia Designs! We are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers around the world. Please read our shipping and returns policy carefully before making your purchase to understand how we handle orders.

Shipping Information

At Adamantia Designs, all our products are made to order. This ensures each item is crafted just for you, with care and precision. Because of this, please note the following:

Production Times

  • Standard Production: 3-5 business days during off-peak times.
  • Peak Season Production: 5-7 business days.

Production times refer to the time it takes to create your product and do not include shipping times.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced, we will ship it as soon as possible. Our shipping times are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 5-8 business days.
  • International Orders: 8-15 business days, depending on location and customs processing times.
  • Express Shipping: Available upon request within 24 hours of purchase. This service delivers within 2-3 business days after production is complete. Please note that gift messages cannot be included with express shipping.

Note: These shipping times do not include production/handling time, which is outlined above.

Multiple Shipments

Since we partner with a variety of print providers, your order may arrive in separate packages. Each item is crafted and shipped from different locations to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of your order. These will be shown to you before completing your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

Since all our products are made-to-order and customized just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error with your order (e.g., wrong item received).

Return Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the print or size, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at andreina@adamantiadesigns.com
  2. Provide a description of the issue along with photos of the product showing the damage or error.
  3. We will review your request and offer a solution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Important Note: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes, so please double-check sizing charts and product descriptions before placing your order.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

We begin production shortly after an order is placed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order, as production will have already begun.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued for products that arrive damaged or defective, and only after we’ve reviewed and approved the return request. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
